What does Flippers Post mean?

study This is a must read if you don't know what a Flippers Post is.

A Flippers Post is like a Sticky(short post), you MAY break a rule and have that sticky with less then 10 words. The reason I called it a Flippers Post is to make it more Club Penguin Island-ish.

DO NOT use a sticky too often. Oh and by the way, a reply can have less then 10 words no matter what. :...
